DISCLAIMER: Due to limited appointment slots, AIE will only allow clients to cancel their appointments at least 24 to 48 hours before their schedule. This allows us (AIE) the opportunity to schedule someone else for that time. AIE does understand that situations do happen. If there is any reason you need to cancel on the day of your appointment or “No Call/No Show”, you will be charged half of your service as a cancellation fee. If you booked multiple services, the cancellation fee reflected will be half of the total amount.
To book a service, clients must pay $25 as a mandatory service deposit. Please note that the $25 service deposit is not the service price. Service deposit will be deducted from the total service price. Amount due is to be paid after services have been rendered. Cancellation fees and service deposits are non-refundable. No refunds under any circumstances. If, for any reason, an issue should arise, you will be given a credit towards your account which can be used at a later date or for future services.
